Tuition for 2019-2020
All Grades: $10400 ($1040 per month) (What does your tuition purchase?)
The tuition amount covers most school supplies and includes an annual $60 per student activity fee. This fee is used for the costs associated with the Halloween Carnival and Field Day.

Registration: $50 Non-refundable, one-time fee for new students–waived for siblings
Payment schedule for all grades
A full month’s tuition deposit is due both on May 1, 2019 and June 1, 2019, to hold your child’s place for fall. These two payments are NON-REFUNDABLE in the event of early withdrawal or non-attendance. (Your May 2019 and June 2019 deposits are your May 2020 and June 2020 tuition payments in advance.)
Eight payments are due during the school year on the first of each month, September through April.
Late payments/NSF checks
Any payment received after the 7th of the month will be subject to a $20 late charge to be paid the next month. NSF checks will be assessed a $25 fee.
There is a 2% discount for tuition paid in full by May 7th. A one-time payment of $10,192 (for one student) must be received no later than May 7th, 2019 to qualify for this discount. The “paid in full” amount for two children (with the 4% sibling and the 2% paid-in-full discounts) is $20,176; for three children it is $30,160.
There is a 4% discount on the younger child’s tuition if a family has two or more children at Tilden School. The monthly sibling tuition amount is $998. The monthly amount for two children (with 4% sibling discount included) is $2038, for three children it is $3036.
Tilden School works hard to keep tuition as affordable as possible while providing an excellent education. We do not require our families to fund raise or contribute to scholarships; tuition does not include any extra amount to subsidize scholarships. Therefore, we do not provide financial aid.
