​Application Fee

$50 Non-refundable, one-time fee for new students.

Payment Schedule

​

For 2025/26, a non-refundable $2,000.00 tuition deposit is due upon enrollment or re-enrollment to hold your child’s place for the forthcoming school year. Sibling deposit is discounted by  $1900.00.

 

12 monthly payments are due during the school year on the first of each month, July through June.

 

Monthly payments must be received by the 7th of each month. Thereafter, a $75 late fee will be charged. Any returned checks will be assessed a $75 fee.

 

If a student is accepted mid-year, tuition will be appropriately pro-rated.

Late/Missed Payments

​

Any payment received after the 7th of the month will be subject to a $75 late charge to be paid the next month. NSF checks will be assessed a $75 fee.

Discounts

​

There is a 2% discount for tuition paid in full by May 1. A one-time payment of $16,375.00 (for one student) must be received no later than May 1, 2025 to qualify for this discount. The “paid in full” amount for two children (with the 5% sibling and the 2% paid-in-full discounts) is $31,931.25.

There is a 5% discount on the younger child’s tuition if a family has two or more children at Tilden School. The monthly amount for two children (with 5% sibling discount included) is $2,720.25.

Technology Fee

​

A technology fee of approximately $360 is due the first day of September before your child’s third-grade year. This covers the cost of your student’s Chromebook and associated equipment your child will use at school. You will be provided the precise amount to be collected by the school office as the amount varies year to year.

 

At the end of fifth grade (or when your child leaves Tilden), your student will take their Chromebook with them.​​​​​​​​​​​​
